CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORING SYSTEM AUDITS
The Alberta Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) Code requires that the CEMS system and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) be evaluated every twelve months. The auditor must be knowledgeable in auditing procedures and in CEMS operations, and independent of the CEMS operation, must review the QAP, the CEMS operations, reports, and other associated records to determine if the procedures in the QAP are being followed.
North Shore has more than a decade of experience in CEMS code audits, performing site inspections, conducting personnel interviews, and developing Audit Finding consultation reports. North Shore will also work with clients to make modifications outside of CEMS code requirements in order to improve the effectiveness of the Quality System.
