Junior Environmental Consultant
We are currently seeking Environmental Consultants to be based in our Sherwood Park and Calgary office. We need someone highly motivated that wishes to be part of a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate would report to the Program Manager and would have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including remediation and reclamation in a variety of eco-regions in the Province of Alberta.

Skills and experience in one, or more, of the following functions would be beneficial:

  • knowledge of or field experience in Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments
  • knowledge of reclamation practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • valid drivers license
  • elegibility as a member of the Alberta Institute of Agrologists
  • previous environmental consulting experience would be beneficial

Senior Environmental Consultant - Calgary
We are currently seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant for our Calgary office. The position would be responsible for day to day operations, senior project management, client liaison, staff supervision and technical guidance. The position would evolve over time to an Environmental Manager role for the Calgary office.

Skills and experience in one, or more, of the following functions would be beneficial:

  • Supervision of environmental staff
  • Mentoring of office staff for growth and technical development and participation in staff review process
  • Monthly reporting to Directors on project status, client and staff management
  • Responsible for Calgary office day to day operations
  • Project management and or guidance role on a variety of oil and gas projects in diverse geographic locations
  • Senior review of Phase I, II and remediation reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years technical experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Eligibility as a member of the Alberta Institute of Agrologists or APEGGA
  • Minimum 5 years experience in upstream oil and gas

Senior Hydrogeologist
We are currently seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to be based in either our Sherwood Park or Calgary office to develop and grow our Groundwater Department. We need someone highly motivated that wishes to be part of a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate would report to the Director of Operations and would have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects dealing with multiple contaminant types in a variety of eco-regions in the Province of Alberta.

Skills and experience in one, or more, of the following functions would be beneficial:

  • Grow, develop and manage the Groundwater Department
  • Train, mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff
  • Coordination and supervision of groundwater projects
  • Technical Report Writing
  • Senior Review

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in upstream oil and gas
  • Minimum 8 years of groundwater experience
  • • Membership in The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA)

Intermediate/Senior Environmental Consultant
We are currently seeking an Intermediate Environmental Consultant to be based in our Sherwood Park office. We need someone highly motivated that wishes to be part of a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate would report to the Program Manager and would have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including remediation and reclamation in a variety of eco-regions in the Province of Alberta.

Skills and experience in one, or more, of the following functions would be beneficial:

  • Completion of Environmental Field Reports
  • Pre-construction Environmental Assessments
  • Completion of Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments through to wellsite reclamation certification (white and green zones)
  • Coordination and supervision of reclamation/remediation projects
  • Salt contamination assessment and remediation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Environmental Science Degree (or relevant diploma/degree from a credible institution)
  • Strong communication, computer and problem solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good physical health and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
